a christmas carol

based on the novella by Charles Dickens

At a Piccadilly theater and lecture space, popular writer Charles Dickens takes an opportunity to introduce his newest novella, a little tale called "A Christmas Carol." But rather than read it, he inspires his audience by telling the story AND showing it with a cast of actors and singers. First produced by Kernersville Little Theatre.

The prince and the pauper

adapted from the novel by Mark Twain

A prince-to-be crosses paths with a street urchin in London, in the time of King Henry VIII. Adventures neither could have imagined change their lives forever.

Much Ado about nothing

shortened and translated from the comedy by William Shakespeare

One of Shakespeare's great comedies, filled with humor and wit yet not without its serious moments and commentary, has been edited to run at about two hours with intermission -- and while respectful to the original, "translated" in places to make Elizabethan lingo and phrases more accessible to modern audiences.
